Juan showed up right on time to walk property and provide a quote. He answered my questions and was able to start the job right away and complete the project on time. This was to make a property “rent ready” for a new tenant and I’d gladly work with Rosales again in the future.

Juan and his crew were amazing! They were so professional, kind and did a great job! They left my house exactly as they had found it and even did a few little repairs that weren’t part of the rooms I had originally intended to be painted. As a single woman, I felt very safe with them. I had 5 rooms that needed to be painted back to white due to leaving my rental, and didn’t have the exact shade. They color matched and went to the store for me to get the right color. They worked fast and were quiet and kept things very tidy. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone!

Juan Rosales and his painting crew arrived on time each day, completed the job according to the estimated days, used high quality paint and did an overall excellent job.

Juan is one of the most detailed-oriented painters I’ve had the pleasure to work with. His prep work is meticulous, which includes removing all hardware to ensure a seamless finish. He’s pro-active and hard-working as he moved many things just to help us out. He’s also extremely patient as we often changed our minds on color choices, and he is super responsive with texts and phone calls, which is a rarity these days. Juan wasn’t the cheapest choice, but he certainly was worth the money!

Juan is so professional, reliable & a perfectionist. He painted interior & exterior of my house, every wall, ceiling, even white washed my fireplace. He would say he wants me to be happy! So happy & love everything, my house is beautiful. Referred him to my friends & family!
