"I communicated on many occasions once issue had been brought to my attention, in the beginning due to her mother's doctor's appointments our schedules never met because they wouldn't allow us to check the scope of work until 2 or 3 p.m in the afternoon I told them we'd like to start early and put a whole days worth onto what was needed to be done , I even asked if we could have permission to do the work while they we're at the hospital the denied access so we were left trying to match schedules then they're mother had passed , and they told me things couldn't get done until they were back from out of state which was few months later , and unfortunately when those months passed and they finally were back in town my mother had fell ill and passed as well I was out of the country for my mother's affairs and services and wouldn't return for a month they said they did not wish to wait and would have a contractor they already had working on they're house doin other renovations fix the issue , I had apologized for my not being able to make on the time frame they were demanding and said if they could wait a month I would prioritize them and fix the issue at hand they refused , when I came back into the country I had reached out to Lynn , Linda's sister whom I had spoke to from beginning to end and she had advised me that issue had been resolved and my services were no longer required"
