One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Be sure to have Atco come out to give a quote. They can read an Inspection Report, but definitely have them come onsite to give a quote since there can often times be necessary items that aren't shown in the Inspector's report.
