"We are beyond thrilled with the results of our carpet cleaning! After our dog quite nearly destroyed our carpet, we called Dani for a well needed cleaning. And wow, what a difference. Not only did he remove every trace of the mess (and the smell!), but the carpet looks and feels like new again. We honestly didn’t think it was possible. Dani was so professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. We would choose Dani again and again! Highly recommend their services to anyone—especially pet owners."

"I'm selling my house and hired David to clean the carpet. David did an amazing job! He got all the trouble spots out that I was worried about. This is not a very high-quality rug since I bought the house remodeled and they put the rug in. Also it's about eight or nine years old. But David made it look brand new! I didn't have to replace the carpet. He saved me tons of money. And reasonably priced."

You should avoid using a pressure washer on any surface or item that could be damaged by the high-pressure spray, as some materials are too delicate to withstand the force.

Key items and surfaces to avoid include:

  • Electrical Components: Never pressure wash electrical systems, as water can cause short-circuits and create a safety hazard. This includes utility meters, breaker boxes, electrical outlets, generators, and HVAC or air conditioner units.

  • Delicate and Fragile Materials: Fragile items can crack, shatter, or be stripped by the pressure. Avoid pressure washing windows, glass, light fixtures, shingled roofs (especially asphalt), and stucco.

  • Painted, Stained, or Sealed Surfaces: Unless your goal is to strip the finish, do not pressure wash painted surfaces, stained wood (like decks), or anything with a protective seal that could be stripped away. Be especially cautious with older surfaces that may contain lead paint.

  • Soft Woods and Certain Decking: Delicate surfaces like softwood, composite decking, and antique or wooden patio furniture can be etched or damaged. If you must wash wood, use a lower-powered pressure washer with a wide-angle nozzle to prevent damage.

  • Living Things: Never use a pressure washer on people, pets, or plants. The force can cause serious injury and will destroy landscaping.

Whether you tip before or after a carpet cleaning depends on when you’re available. If you’re home when they finish up, you can give them their tip after. However, if you need to leave before they’re done or if you won’t be home at all, you can prepare the tip beforehand and leave it for them in an envelope.

Adult fleas can live a few days to a couple of weeks on your couch if they don't have a host to feed on. However, flea eggs, larvae, and pupae can live much longer, even several months, with the right conditions. That is why it’s vital to eradicate them from your couch and other upholstered furniture.

Part of the rug cleaning cost depends on the rug material type. Different materials may require different cleaning methods. Some of the most common rug material cleaning costs include:

  • Wool: $5–$8 per square foot

  • Cotton: $2–$8 per square foot

  • Silk: $4–$8 per square foot

  • Synthetic: $1–$4 per square foot

  • Sheepskin: $4–$8 per square foot

  • Sisal: $4–$7 per square foot

  • Other materials: $1–$8 per square foot

The cost for professional floor cleaning is $250 on average. This cost can range from $100 to $1,500, depending on the type of flooring and its square footage.

For example, natural stone flooring requires specialized techniques and care, so you'll spend closer to the higher end of the cost range. The cost of cleaning tile and grout is more cost-effective, where you'll pay an average of $0.50 to $3.50 per square foot.
