He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. Our Dell notebook PC failed suddenly with drafts of my daughters' two end-of-semester college term papers on the M.2 solid state hard drive (SSD). To avoid markdown penalties on these papers we needed to access the SSD drive files ASAP, on a Saturday. Geek Squad/Best Buy and several other vendors did not locally have the SSD access tools needed, but Eric's Computers had the M.2 access tool, understood our urgent need, and gave us the needed data on a USB drive within hours, at a reasonable cost."

"Joe is hard working, diligent, and honest. I hired him 1) to put up an antenna for local tv service and 2) to fix poor wifi signals. TV was converted from cable rapidly using leftover wires. Saving $ not paying for cable and streaming off wifi. Great signal strength! WiFi was harder. He worked with ATT to determine my new iMac was sucking signals. He installed a more powerful router that solved wifi issues when iMac is off. Now I have to work with Apple to figure out how to manage the computer searching. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."
