"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"My Geek-tech technician fixed a number of issues I was having with my computers, some of which I didn't even know I had. He also made some adjustments to make it easier for me to use my laptops. A big thank you to Albert Johnson for his help!"

"Without a doubt, especially after my own experience today, Mark and Dream Digital clearly had the customer's best interest at the root of their approach and interactions with this potential client. After listening to the recap of my issues with my 70" RCA LED TV, Mark suggested I would be better off just purchasing a new TV. Wow, I wasn't expecting that. Instead of suggesting an expensive repair scenario, Mark recommended that I just get a new set and provided solid suggestions that I researched and then immediately followed up on, purchasing a Hiscence, not long after speaking with Mark, from Best Buy. Without a doubt, I know I've upgraded my future viewing experience; I didn't feel like I'd only gotten an excellent professional assessment from from a skilled, knowledgeable technician; but also because of his demeanor and genuine interest in people, I also made a new friend this day. I would not hesitate or be reluctant to recommend Mark and Dream Digital to any of my friends."

"Alex was very cordial and professional. He arrived shortly after we spoke on the phone. He explained what he would be doing, which I appreciated. It took less than an hour and he had me check the phone twice to be sure it was working. The price was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for electrical repairs. I am very happy with the outcome. Alex is a delight!"

"Joe is hard working, diligent, and honest. I hired him 1) to put up an antenna for local tv service and 2) to fix poor wifi signals. TV was converted from cable rapidly using leftover wires. Saving $ not paying for cable and streaming off wifi. Great signal strength! WiFi was harder. He worked with ATT to determine my new iMac was sucking signals. He installed a more powerful router that solved wifi issues when iMac is off. Now I have to work with Apple to figure out how to manage the computer searching. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."
