He did absolutely nothing except collect his visit fee. He suggested that I buy a new computer and charged over $100 for that advice

"Does sears charge $0.00 for service calls? Does Best Buy charge $0.00 nope, does a plumbing charge $0.00 really this guy is nuts...Get real, we charge everyone when we make any service calls no matter who you are or company. Also I can not find any info on this person as a customer. He needs to send in his check and prove it. (We only take checks, no cards)"

Morry was flexible about testing my computer and discovering the problem was really my printer which he advised me to replace. He also helped me to select a new printer and helped get it operating when it was received. His manner was knowledgeable and considerate of my ignorance. I was glad that his knowledge was broader than just one item.
