"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"I use my computer for work. When it is down, my work is seriously impaired. They are available 24/7 and get my computer restored so I can continue my work. Have solved some complicated computer issues on a timely basis"

"Alex was very cordial and professional. He arrived shortly after we spoke on the phone. He explained what he would be doing, which I appreciated. It took less than an hour and he had me check the phone twice to be sure it was working. The price was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for electrical repairs. I am very happy with the outcome. Alex is a delight!"

"Joe is hard working, diligent, and honest. I hired him 1) to put up an antenna for local tv service and 2) to fix poor wifi signals. TV was converted from cable rapidly using leftover wires. Saving $ not paying for cable and streaming off wifi. Great signal strength! WiFi was harder. He worked with ATT to determine my new iMac was sucking signals. He installed a more powerful router that solved wifi issues when iMac is off. Now I have to work with Apple to figure out how to manage the computer searching. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."

"

I had an appointment by phone. He was there and ready on time. He came unto my computer, fixed errors, removed junk and potential threats. He also re-installed Trend Micro security which is superior .I highly recommend him. You can trust this guy.

"Bob from All American Solutions spent several hours working on my laptop and desktop computers for slow speed issues. They were both very close to being non-usable. Now both computers are working like new! I was charged $99 for each computer, which is an outstanding price for how long this project took. Bob is a wonderful person to work with and so generous with his time. I learned a lot through this experience and wouldn't hesitate to use All American Solutions in the future."

"He did a very good job fixing me and my wife's laptops they were running slow, now both are still running fast after 3 years."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
