I cannot give Mark and the Dream Digital AV team enough high praise. My home theater system was experiencing major problems; so I contacted Dream Digital to see if they could help. From the get go, it was obvious that Mark was extremely trustworthy and had my best interests in mind. Before he recommended a relatively costly, in person service call, he took the time to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. We talked multiple times as we tried one recommendation after another so we could get to the root of the problem. Due to his vast experience and knowledge, he was able to figure out what was wrong and help me fix the issue myself. Now he could have chosen not to do this, charging me more or even trying to sell me on upgrading my older stereo components, but he did not. He was just focused on helping me and for that I am extremely grateful. Needless to say, when it does come time to replace or upgrade the systems throughout my home, Dream Digital will be the first place I call.

The picture on our home theater became very dim. I assumed it needed a new lamp. I called Mark at Dream Digital. He said it may not be the lamp. He came over the same day. One of the settings had been accidently changed and he corrected that in minutes. I now have a clear bright picture again. No new parts were required. Mark was knowledgeable, very effective, and friendly. I am happily giving him the highest rating.

Mark is the best! His long years of experience helped me pick the best equipment for my home theater and my upstairs tv room. The pictures are so sharp and vivid. The sound truly surrounds. My Tivo box was not supported by Comcast, so it was causing problems. I had to give it up, but cloud recording is available thru Comcast. When I had a technical glitch, he was a phone call away and gave me an immediate, easy fix. I am so pleased with his work and advice.
