"Chip was punctual and pleasant. It took him less then 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong with the unit. It had a hidden fan that was inundated with tons of cat hair and other stuff. Since it was on the bottom of the case and hidden from view by other parts, we did not even check that location on our own.Once it was cleaned out by Chip it worked wonderfully. 14 hours after he left the unit was still on working beautifully.
