"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Alex was very cordial and professional. He arrived shortly after we spoke on the phone. He explained what he would be doing, which I appreciated. It took less than an hour and he had me check the phone twice to be sure it was working. The price was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for electrical repairs. I am very happy with the outcome. Alex is a delight!"

"Joe is hard working, diligent, and honest. I hired him 1) to put up an antenna for local tv service and 2) to fix poor wifi signals. TV was converted from cable rapidly using leftover wires. Saving $ not paying for cable and streaming off wifi. Great signal strength! WiFi was harder. He worked with ATT to determine my new iMac was sucking signals. He installed a more powerful router that solved wifi issues when iMac is off. Now I have to work with Apple to figure out how to manage the computer searching. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."

I had an appointment by phone. He was there and ready on time. He came unto my computer, fixed errors, removed junk and potential threats. He also re-installed Trend Micro security which is superior .I highly recommend him. You can trust this guy.

"Bob and his team are consummate professionals. They asked me a few questions, performed a triage of sorts, and quickly determined they could help me. They offered me a 100% money back guarantee so I thought "what's to lose?" they asked my permission to access my computer remotely and went right to work. About an hour later they. were done and what a difference that hour and their work made. My Mac laptop, that was running at a snail's pace, was now a rocket ship and running faster than when I bought it. They told me that they also could do the same on Windows computers so my wife's PC was next and the outcome was the same. You can beta this deal at $99 and a money-back guarantee. I highly recommend All American Solutions."

"A few weeks back my desktop computer died on me. As I prefer dealing with local businesses I found Carlos' listing, and it turns out he is just down the street from me. I brought my computer in on Friday afternoon, he gave it a preliminary check, and provided me with two options. I gave him the go ahead to repair and it was ready for me to pick up Saturday morning!! Carlos is quick and efficient and I recommend him hence the 5 star rating."
