I agreed. They came out the next day with the part. It was defective!!! Couldn’t find the part anywhere. Would need to wait two more days. Plan B. I called around and found Beaver Construction Co. to install a new one. Bid was excellent!!! Far below other bids. They installed a new Rheem Heater within 2 hours. Friendly, knowledgeable, Respectful and thorough, and licensed!!! I will be using them in the future for sure if needed. Thanks Dan and Zach!!!"

"I hired Hillcrest Landscaping owned by Saul Martinez to repair or replace our old sprinkler heads and pour some concrete to finish up a sidewalk. That was in September and I have regretted it since. Do not hire this company. He is not trustworthy. He left on a Friday, said he would be back on Monday to finish up the work. I know you don't pay until the job is done but I did it and I won't do it again. Lesson learned. He got paid to finish the job and didn't. No phone call from anyone from Hillcrest Landscaping. No one came to finish up the work he said he would finish. He has been here once since with the assurance that he would be back to finish my project and I am still waiting. No call no show, again. If the hot water trick doesn’t also unfreeze the washing machine pipes, you can gently apply heat with a hair dryer on the lowest setting.
