Jay was 1st to respond, through Angi, early Sunday morning and I m so glad he was 1st to get back to me. Jay is also an owner/operator which I like. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor.
