"Jay came through HUGE for my family & I this morning, SUNDAY morning! Main drain to street AND secondary drain both CLOGGED on a Saturday night. Jay was 1st to respond, through Angi, early Sunday morning and I m so glad he was 1st to get back to me. Jay is also an owner/operator which I like. Very friendly over the phone, also very direct in price quote. He told me he d have the problem solved for $___ which, for a Sunday I felt was reasonable, and even though the job ended up being a bit more involved/complicated and definitely more time consuming than originally expected, he actually charged me one cent less than he quoted me! Got entire house drains cleaned out as well as main & secondary drains. Was also very prompt arriving within an hour or so of initial correspondence . Jay and his technician were both very pleasant and made sure to explain to me each step he would be taking to clear the drains, taking the time to make sure I understood what was likely happening and what the likely solution would be. Jay made sure I was happy before leaving and assured me that we won t have any drain problems. "We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes. Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. "Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
