"Jay came through HUGE for my family & I this morning, SUNDAY morning! Main drain to street AND secondary drain both CLOGGED on a Saturday night. Jay was 1st to respond, through Angi, early Sunday morning and I m so glad he was 1st to get back to me. Jay is also an owner/operator which I like. Very friendly over the phone, also very direct in price quote. He told me he d have the problem solved for $___ which, for a Sunday I felt was reasonable, and even though the job ended up being a bit more involved/complicated and definitely more time consuming than originally expected, he actually charged me one cent less than he quoted me! Got entire house drains cleaned out as well as main & secondary drains. Was also very prompt arriving within an hour or so of initial correspondence .
