Excellent. Everything, from arriving promptly, professionalism and job quality was perfect. I scheduled to have the cylinders replaced in my dead bolts. In the meantime I changed out the door knob (with lock) in one of the doors. The deadbolt mechanism that matched didn't fit my door as the hole was too small. When the lock guy came, he not only redrilled the hole to accommodate the new deadbolt, he matched the cylinder in the front door deadbolt to the new one I put in. So only one key for all locks. I also had a and quot;special needsand quot; slider that required adapting some metal adaptation by grinding certain areas down. The first guy helping me said he wasn't as experienced as a different guy so he called for the other guy to respond. He was there in 15 minutes andmade the changes and installed it. They were great, there when they said they would be, and reasonably priced. I referred them to my parents who had them do their locks a day later.

The service was prompt and proficient.

I called to have someone come out and look at why our garage door was no longer opening. The man who came fiddled with it for a bit checking different possibilities, and finally got it working by just disconnecting and reconnecting it. (My husband said he had tried this.) The serviceman did not believe that the opener would continue to work, so he said that wouldn't charge me for the visit yet and if the opener was still working in a week, he would send me a bill for the visit. Well, of course he was right, and a couple days later, the automatic opener stopped working again, so we called and had them come back out and replace it. The serviceman who came out the second time was very friendly and professional, and when he was done walked me through the features of the new opener. The installation took about an hour. My only point of feedback is that (at this time) they only install one kind of automatic garage door opener (Genie CM8600), so there's no choice for the buyer. I'm happy with the one they provided, and from reviews online it looks like this is a good model, but it would be nice to have a choice of brands/models.

He fixed the problem without any difficulty. When he didn't have a part, he was able to secure one with no extra charge for his time. I would consider using them in the future.

Mountain View Door's technician came the same day and fixed the door perfectly in less than 30 minutes. The technician was very professional; courteous and left the place clean. The total cost of $ 80.00 was a pleasant surprise.

I called and made an appointment for the locksmith to come to the house. On the day of the appointment, I was called that the appointment could be moved up earlier, I said yes, and he came over as arranged. He changed all the locks as requested, and also checked that there weren't any others that I had missed. He made the number of new keys I requested on the spot. 5 locks were changed and 5 keys were made. I didn't note the exact time, but it went very quickly.

The quality of their work was good. They were responsive and punctual. More importantly they stand behind their work. I will use them again in the future.

Great. I had a few other estimates for the job, and they were the nicest, the least expensive and very professional. I had a few if, ands or buts to deal with as I wanted to coordinate the garage door work with getting the outside of my house pained. So, after I ordered the panel from them I had to make a few calls to the office to see if changes could be made, and the workman and the office staff were completely cooperative, effective and efficient. Then when the work began on the repair, they showed up exactly on time, did the work in an hour, did some adjustments to the door I hadn't even requested. cleaned up the floor and were very nice to deal with. Great people, great work.

I called, and we scheduled a 2 hour block of time for the next day. He came within the timeframe, checked the garage door, figured out the problem, went to get the part from his storage facility, and came back to fix the door within 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes he had replaced the part as well as sprayed the joints in the garage door.

While other repair services I tried wanted to immediately replace the entire door opener, Mountain View Lock took the time to specifically repair only those parts that were broken. They came over within two hours of my call! They are truly expert on Genie openers, and had the various parts required to maintain a (30 yr old) opener, rather than just pull it out and replace it. To give a specific example, Don took a close look at the motor, and found that the rotor was fine, so there was no need to replace the motor. Truly excellent customer service.
