Excellent! Foundation was done November of 2013, recently due to a roof issue I called Jordan Woo to return. He arrived promptly, he did a thorough re-evaluation. No change in foundation. Get it done right first time!

Jordan showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection of my home and determined I did not need any foundation repairs at this time. I had noticed several exterior cracks in the bricks on the exterior of my house and I was concerned about foundation issues. DFW Eagle came out to my house within a day of being contacted and inspected the house. They found that the foundation had less than an inch difference end to end and that foundation repair was not needed. DFW Eagle did not charge me for coming out to check my home which was a great plus as other vendors quoted me $400+.

Had the company referred by a friend. They came on time, were knowledgeable and gave me a thorough explanation of my home foundation condition. The surveyor was very friendly and gave me hints to keep avoiding foundation problems. I am lucky that at this time my 12 years old home is well in the limits and will not need any repair.

Great and very professional team. My house started to sink, cracks appeared on the wall and some doors did not close properly. After they repaired the foundation issues, the cracks disappeared and the doors have started working again.

Mr. Wu, the owner of the company, came out to do the measuring and began the project very promptly. He came to the house again to answer questions and explain things and continued to do that until we understood exactly how the project would work.The crew did amazing work and the warranty is an excellent one.

A friend recommended them to us, Jordan came and found where the foundation issues were. we compared with some other companies, and finally decided to use DFW Eagle. They put in 11 concrete piers and it took only one day to get everything done. Good price, easy to work with.

I contacted them because I was seeing noticeable foundation issues toward the back of my house. Communications were excellent. They came out and assessed where the foundation issues were. They put in 12 concrete piers along the back and partial side of the house. It took only one day for them to do the repair work. They also helped move a few plants away from the slab where they worked and then moved the plants back again after the job was completed. Within the next two weeks that followed, they sent someone out to do the plumbing inspection and then someone out to do the foundation inspection. Everything went well. I received a packet with the approved plumbing and foundation inspection reports, work receipts, and a Lifetime Transferable Warranty certificate. Reasonably priced. Great to work with! I've recently recommended them to a colleague at work as well.

Great! Needed a professional to take a look at my foundation and tell me if I had a problem or not. They took a really good look all around the house and, in the end, my foundation is fine. No charge. I'll be using them again. (Same thing happened in 2015! They didn't "find" something that wasn't there or charge me for their opinion. Really appreciate that!!)

I required a bunch of piers as my house was deflecting ~2.5 inches to the front. It was bad. Jordan came out and recommended 11 piers which was in line with the engineer. He didn't try to sell me on some fancy shmancy proprietary tools. Pressed concrete was easy, cheap and effective and he scheduled it for three weeks out. His team was in and out in a day and restored the property as best as possible (considering there's a bunch of concrete where dirt used to be! All of the gaps in my home are closed up, doors are smooth and actually close now. I would highly recommend DFW eagle. One caveat: my home did not pass the plumbing test to close out the permit. There is a leak somewhere in my outbound sewer line. I am getting it looked at this week by my insurance company to see what's the cause.

Jordan made the process as painless as possible - very nice, punctual, professional work. The price was also the lowest of all the estimates that I got, which was a bonus. His team did 11 piers in just 5 hours, including putting the holes back to original as much as possible. Follow up is great. Highly recommend!

The foundation inspection went very smooth. Jordon arrived within the time window that was provided and he called ahead when he had started my way. He went through the foundation inspection thoroughly measuring and noting all the measurements throughout the house. He performed exterior inspection too. Jordon was friendly and did not rush the process. He answered my questions and let me know the steps I can take as a precaution. I wanted a drip system as a preventive step before the dry season starts. Jordon did provide me with an estimate for the same. Overall, I definitely would recommend DFWEagle for anyone looking for any foundation service.

The foundation repair seems to be done well but time will tell on that score. The way they left my property not so much. They did not remove the extra dirt and just mounded it up against the house. The supervisor was supposed to check on the job before they closed it up and that did not happen. My sprinkler system was not working afterwards and I was promised that would be taken care of on the day of the job. That did not happen. We are having to convince them now that the system was working before the foundation repair. It definitely was, we ran it a day before they came to do the work. I have now had to hire people to fix the system myself. The irrigation repair guy found that all the wires to the sprinkler system had been cut. In digging for our buried sprinkler heads we have also found that much dirt needs to be added back under our home.
