After 3 quotes, we felt most confident in Harry. He installed a shutoff valve for us, and now neighbors and us are not dependent on each other’s water. He then isolated and replaced the damaged pipes. He was able to do this without further damage to the house. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship.
