"First he quoted for cleaning duct only that cheaper than other. When inspecting the furnace, it needed to be deep clean. Because the duct clean work had started I want to continue with the furnace deep clean. The total cost was higher than one of the quote that will do same job. It is my fault that I didn't ask everything in front. But they did good job as promised."

"Yopihua’s cleaning service were GREAT! I had a bedroom and bathroom that I had rented out. When the person left, I was faced with a lot of repairs to do and a lot of cleaning.
