Jay was 1st to respond, through Angi, early Sunday morning and I m so glad he was 1st to get back to me. Jay is also an owner/operator which I like. Very friendly over the phone, also very direct in price quote. He told me he d have the problem solved for $___ which, for a Sunday I felt was reasonable, and even though the job ended up being a bit more involved/complicated and definitely more time consuming than originally expected, he actually charged me one cent less than he quoted me! Got entire house drains cleaned out as well as main & secondary drains. Was also very prompt arriving within an hour or so of initial correspondence . "We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes.
