"My water heater had been out for several days!! One company listed on the heater were called. They came out and said it needed a specific part still under warranty. I just needed to pay for labor. I agreed. They came out the next day with the part. It was defective!!! Couldn’t find the part anywhere. Would need to wait two more days. Plan B. I called around and found Beaver Construction Co. to install a new one. Bid was excellent!!! Far below other bids. They installed a new Rheem Heater within 2 hours. Friendly, knowledgeable, Respectful and thorough, and licensed!!! I will be using them in the future for sure if needed. Thanks Dan and Zach!!!"

"I hired Hillcrest Landscaping owned by Saul Martinez to repair or replace our old sprinkler heads and pour some concrete to finish up a sidewalk. That was in September and I have regretted it since. Do not hire this company. He is not trustworthy. He left on a Friday, said he would be back on Monday to finish up the work. I know you don't pay until the job is done but I did it and I won't do it again. Lesson learned. He got paid to finish the job and didn't. No phone call from anyone from Hillcrest Landscaping. No one came to finish up the work he said he would finish. He has been here once since with the assurance that he would be back to finish my project and I am still waiting. No call no show, again. I now have to do it myself. Some of the work will have to be hired out. Even though I have already paid Hillcrest Landscaping for the work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! "

Richard, who is the owner, is a great guy and super informative. He never left any question unanswered or left us uncertain about anything. His crew works quick, and they pay attention to the tiniest detail. Roy overpromised and underdelivered. The team that came to do the physical work, led by Hugo, was fine, but I expected a professional service that included both design and supervision ? not something I had to manage myself. I was also charged $185 for a tree rose without being told its price in advance, adding to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I had a very bad experience with Roy and Nick. They are dishonest, and you may end up with a much higher bill than initially quoted. I wish I had researched their reviews more carefully before hiring them, and I would not recommend them."
