"Bruce did a good job of keeping us informed when what would be done on our deck. Everything went so quick once we decided to go with them. The deck looks like new again."

Small jobs welcome

"Extremely satisfied with the work by All Cote painting. They are very detailed in their work and have very high standards for the final product. They are also very good with paint colors and spent extra time with me to get the color right for a difficult color match. They went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. They painted the outside of my home and also some rooms inside. The walls inside required texturing and their work was meticulous. Best of all, they are trustworthy and nice guys to work with. I highly recommend this company."

"The job on the garage was beautifully done, with caulking on wood siding and hundreds of set nail holes filled. The crew scraped and repainted wood trim on house as well. All the work was done expertly"

"Flex Painting was incredibly professional and performed great work. Our home was in desperate need of stucco repair, window trim replacement, and paint and they were able to do that and more. After our kitchen contractors abandoned our window replacements, Flex paint stepped in and got the job done! Bayardo even stopped by for one last walk through after we were satisfied with the work just to touch up spots he was not personally satisfied with. I would highly recommend their services and will be using them again when we are ready to skim coat our bedrooms as they are by far the most reliable contractors we have hired throughout our home renovation."
Before pictures
(Before Pic)Home was pressure washed with a 3000 psi machine to remove as much dirt and grime from the exterior house wall surfaces before painting. We sanded all the bad areas and spot primed them before painting. Used caulking to seal any open grooves and open wood joints as needed.
(Before l) This photo shows the condition of the cabinet before it was refinished. You can see the stain is faded and clear coat is chipping away from water damage and moisture in the air.
Exterior Repaint
Prepped the door for painting. Sanded it then primed it. Removed the door handle and carefully covered the hinges before spray painting the door.

"Michael did a great job at paininting a few walls in my condo and fixing the drywall in one of them. We worked very efficiently and left everything very clean. The result was really good and was able to restore the look of the walls that needed touchup. I recommend Michael and his crew and will hire him in the future again if I need to additional painting in my home."

Deck Staining questions, answered by experts

The best type of paint for concrete exterior surfaces like concrete porches, steps, or walkways is high-quality exterior-grade paint with strong weather resistance. Acrylic latex blends with tiny anti-slip particles will help create an anti-slip coating for your concrete porch. This type of paint will stand up best to the elements, especially rain, snow, and ice. An exterior epoxy will also help strengthen your concrete porch.

The best paint for an older deck depends on the material and whether or not your deck already has a coat of paint. Generally, if your deck already has paint on it, you should choose the same type of paint when repainting the deck. For example, if an old deck has oil-based paint on it, stick with oil; if your deck has water-based paint, choose water-based paint.

Choosing the right product involves understanding deck material, desired finish, and local weather conditions. Opt for high-quality, weatherproof formulations ensuring long-term durability and appearance retention.

Limewash and whitewash do not harm surfaces if you apply them correctly. Use on non-suitable surfaces can cause issues. For instance, applying limewash or whitewash to surfaces with existing sealants or incompatible materials may lead to poor adhesion or flaking. Also, harsh cleaning agents on limewashed or whitewashed surfaces can damage the finish. Proper preparation, application, and maintenance ensure that limewash and whitewash do not harm surfaces.

A concrete overlay is often the most cost-effective way to resurface a pool deck. To do this, you’ll need to pour a thin layer of concrete over the existing pool deck, which you can customize by stamping or painting. A stamped concrete overlay provides additional traction on a pool deck that can help minimize the risk of people slipping and falling.
