Dont use them!! They have good reviews But I dont see how. Their managers to the quality control people are horrible. They are not organized. They do not communicate. We had to readjust our busy schedules to accommodate the work but even with they did not get it done on time. We still have something not finished which will be done by someone else. We asked to overlook things we purchased to ensure we had all the necessary materials and yet things got delayed. They did not pay attention to detail. They kept making the same mistakes over and all we got were empt apologies.We asked on multiple occasions about things that had to be clarified on our project. They never responded or only answered last minute. We asked not to use one of the designers and the designer was still on the project. The original project manager was removed from the project but he still was involved. We had to change our design last minute on different aspects of the project because of lack of communication and we felt the project would be delayed. Again do not use them

*Pros:* Laborers were professionals and each one does the work perfectly. So 5 stars to the Laborers. See pictures on Yelp and Google that cabinets/countertops are great but overall kitchen remodeling was not completed *Cons:* 1.) Aggressive sales team. We wanted only to add additional cabinets and ended up with Kitchen remodeling at 4 times the original planned budget. An analogy could be that the team will sell you a Porsche when all you wanted was a Honda. The problem is you would never know the true cost as I never wanted a kitchen remodeling. However the sales team would make you sign the contract and make you pay 10% down payment that very day. Please see other comments in Yelp, Google and BBB and to understand I am not exaggerating. See I got this from Angi's list I called them up to update there as well 2). Finished cabinets and countertop is top notch but the state of Kitchen was left very unpresentable. Kitchen remodeling needs to be complete 3) Asking for 90% of payment when the cabinets and counters are placed but not all work complete esp with broken torn down walls. This is because when the contract was authored the conveniently authored it this way. I politely declined and the team accepted, yet should have never even asked for 90% payment when the work is not completed. 4) Unclear statements - We spoke about backsplashing & the Sales team quoted under $200. Yet was not very clear in contract. While I agreed to paint, back splashing was conveniently removed from contract and as end customer I am not the expert in all these contract. So I felt scammed when the found backsplashing would cost $2000 with labour costs. 5) False promises - Stated will collect the final payment after confirming everything was satisfactory. Yet left with unfinished partial drywall but I did pay as signed in contract and never delayed payment except when work was uncompleted. I am not just a complaining customer but still wanted to register my dissatisfaction and educate other customers. Once again cabinets and countertop are great but overall kitchen is unsatisfactory. Very enthusiastic to come by to get estimate done sign contract/deposit. Our circumstances changed and we needed to cancel within the 3 day cancellation period. Tried to drop off cancellation notice at the office listed on our contract and it is non existent. No doorbell, no way to reach anyone, just a small sign on the second floor with their logo on it stating “another project done by Palm Construction”. Tried to call the number and was transferred/hung up on. Waiting to get our deposit back. Do not recommend.

My husband and I hired Palm Construction to replace our existing siding, prep and paint the trim, fascia and eaves, and paint all the stucco & Hardie siding with CoolLife paint. I am so mad at myself for choosing Palm when I already saw red flags from the sales guy Adam Sandberg who is a smooth talking high pressure salesman that also turned out to be a liar. First of all, the people who came to work on my house did not speak a word of English except for one guy who came to spray the stucco and he was only there one day. There was no project manager and my only contact was Adam the sales guy who never answered his phone and was always in a meeting. The use of Sherwin Williams paint was discussed from the beginning and used as a selling point for the job. We were told Palm is a premium contractor with premium workmanship and products and that "Sherwin Williams is the best paint. It was in the contract to use Sherwin Williams yet Adam personally ordered the paint from Home Depot and he ordered the cheapest grade Behr flat paint that HD sells. There is a huge difference between SW and Behr paint in both price and quality. They did zero prep work and I saw them spraying paint on dirt and spiderwebs. The siding looks terrible and does not even meet building code because the overlap is too short and they didn't follow the mfg requirements for clearances or installation. The CoolLife paint was also not applied properly and is bubbling and peeling off the stucco less than a month later, They broke tiles all over my roof and tried to get me to sign the completion form without saying a word about it. They left nails all over my yard. They didn't mount the porch light flush and they left an electrical box hanging off the wall and even missed painting behind it. They got the lender (Mosaic) to release payment for 12k before the job even started after I had already given them a 1k cash deposit so this was illegal for them to accept money from the bank. BTW-Mosaic is a horrible lender so please look into them and you will see their horrible reviews. They tried to tell me no one would notice their crappy overspray paint job and that the siding was fine until I wrote a review and filed a complaint with the CSLB. I found out from CSLB that they already have warnings and my case is now with an investigator along with another complaint that was filed right after mine. This company is a bunch of scammers that promise way more than they will deliver. Their actions were so egregious I think this was intentional fraud to sell me a high end product and then use the cheapest product. Please don't just look at their overall ratings on all the different review sites. Look at the bad reviews on all the sites and you will see that there is a common theme and everyone has the same complaint.

Mike from Palm Construction just replaced our old roof. They responded promptly for our request for proposal. They did a thorough inspection of our property and gave us a timely and reasonable proposal. Their crew showed up on time, demolished the old roof and installed a new beautiful roof on my house. We are very pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend Palm Construction to friends and family!

When we first met with Isaac from Palm Construction, we were impressed with the enthusiasm that was presented. The continuing phrase was "Not to worry; we will fix everything." We went over our expectations for roof, gutters, and painting, and the same answer applied "Not to worry, we will fix everything." The roofers arrived about a week later and made a relatively short demo and installation work. There was little care taken with debris; several screens were torn, and wiring for the satellite system ripped out. The roofing job seemed to proceed without problem, and gutters were ripped out as part of the roofing job as we assumed they would be replaced after the job was complete. Cleanup after the roof was satisfactory. This was when the problems began with this company. The representative said that he had misestimated the roof and needed another $8000, which shocked us, and we did not pay the requested amount as the contract was already signed. Sadly we did not notice that gutters and downspouts were not noted on the contract, which proved to be our mistake. The representative then told us that gutters and downspouts were not included, which would be on us. Needless to say, this was an unexpected shock that we would be out of pocket thousands of dollars for gutters and downspouts. The painters showed up, and they are nearing completion, having done an excellent job in both care of the paint prep and the actual painting itself. Cleanup has been excellent, with no spills on any walkways, etc. My overall experience with this company has been a breach of trust and lack of communication that has had to have been deliberate. I would advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere unless you want the same unpleasant experience.

I already worked with Palm Construction, they built a deck for me and I was super satisfied with their work. This time I went with them on a roof replacement and they also gave me very acceptable offer. Mike and his team arrived on time and they worked hard every day from early in the morning till the dark. They finished a day earlier and my new roof is top notch. I highly recommend them!

Very trustworthy contractor! Palm Construction recently built a deck for me. I hired this company because I received several recommendation from people I know for a deck build. I called them and they gave me estimate, it was acceptable so I signed a contract. Omri and his team were great to work with from first day to end of the project. Omri was knowledgeable, had a great communication with me and he was helpful and honest. He and his team did excellent job, very accurate and they used high quality materials. The final product is excellent, my new deck is perfect! Thanks Omri for such a great service, I would highly recommend Palm Construction to people I know!

I made the appointment and the project manager, Ben (nickname Ori) came out to inspect my exterior area of the whole house. He had his foreman come out and also inspect and had a crew of about (5) men who did the replace wood frames around my whole exterior house and painted the exterior. I had also had them do the kitchen and family room area which they changed the flooring to vinyl wood which came out to look really nice and did a excellent job.

I hired Palm Construction to fully replace roof on my home. I went with this contractor because they are very reputable, have many great recommendations and good prices also. It was a pleasure to work with Mike and his team. They were polite, clean and well organized. There were no issues and my roof passed inspection very easy. I strongly recommend this company!

We were under contract, gave a deposit and Palm construction cancelled the job because they underbid the project. Instead of communicating, the PM offered to extend/add to initial project but at 3x’s the cost to make up for the original bid. Dishonest and did not honor their contract.

Very bad! Palm is very bad at planning the work, executing the work and cleanup. They are horrible at texturizing walls and ceilings, and grouting floor tile. After 3 attempts to correct the texturizing they gave up and told me to hire a different contractor to correct. Same story for the floor tile grout which was not wiped clean from the floor, new tub and baseboard before it dried. The floor tile has grout shadows throughout and the mismatched texturizing is also a serious eye sore. They installed a new chandelier nicely, but didn't cover it while painting the ceiling. My wife had to clean it for hours with a razor blade. Plumbing was also bad. They installed the new shower valve and connected the hand held wand to the wrong port. They didn't test it before installing the shower wall tile and had to cut an opening in the closet wall behind the shower wall to correct the mistake. They installed the tub filler valve in the floor but cut too big an opening in the floor tile. So 1 floor tile had to be replaced and once again they didn't clean the grout from the floor and tub, and the tub caulking looks bad. They did a very good job installing the new shower basin and wall tile. The wall tile lines are perfectly straight and opposite walls line up perfectly. They also did a very good job on the vanity, new counter top, and new sinks.

I interviewed several recommended contractors on my roof replacement and decided to go with the most reputable, Palm Construction. Omri and his team did a quick, efficient and high quality job, with no unexpected costs or unexpected issues. The roof passed inspection and it looks phenomenal! Thank you Palm Construction!

I already heard many great things about this company on that type of job and as they gave me very acceptable offer it was very easy decision to go with them.
