"My Brazilian cherry floors in the family room had lots of staining from pets and needed help. Scotts Maintenance did a great job removing the stains and restoring the floor. It looks great now. I would highly recommend them."

"Bob is very friendly. He installed vinyl flooring for staircase and 3 bedrooms as well as a small bathroom and hallway in second floor of our home in 2 days! Very fast clean and professional job at a reasonable and competitive price. I chose a color ( beach) from the LUX website and he picked up the materials and started as early as next day. "Subject I had an excellent experience working with this wooden floor specialist Bryon. From start to finish, he was professional, personable, and extremely accommodating. He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. I truly appreciated his professionalism, clear communication, and respect for my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of wooden floor repairs or restoration.
