Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. "Shawn went over and beyond in diagnosing and correcting my problem. My air conditioner broke down two days previously. An A/C tech from another company told me that I needed to replace a circuit breaker. Shawn tested the breaker and found that it was ok. He then went up on the roof to look at the HVAC unit. After a couple of minutes he was able to get the HVAC Unit working. He could have just said that the circuit breaker was ok and walked away. He knew that being without air conditioning was important so he volunteered to do a little investigating. He successfully got the air conditioner up and running again. I whole heartedly recommended Belknap Electrical."
