Very nice man and he provided a thorough in-depth analysis and what needed to be done. The work occurred efficiently without incident. BUT, the rains had all but stopped so the roof repair was never tested until a year later. When the seasonal rains commenced the following year, there was still a leak. However, given the companies failure to live up to the representation of the project manager and their failure to respond to my emails over such a simple issue, I anticipate problems will be forthcoming."
