Drain masters

I'm so glad I chose this company for my plumbing needs. When you have so many plumbers to choose from, you never know if you'll be happy with them in spite of the reviews. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable and discussed a long-time plumbing issue we've had with me. I was very happy with the cost of the current service and will probably hire them to do other work.

Installation went great.  Although the sink was a tight fit in the available space, and installer had to modify location of dryer duct, connect to water line, etc, he did an excellent job and charged a low price.  I have had no problems with the sink or connections he installed.  I would not hesitate to use his company's services in the future.

They were friendly and fast.  The one gentlemen explained some idiosyncratic issues with the original installation, but he worked with it.  He pointed out that the controls weren't well supported, but said that the control itself didn't require a lot of pressure.  He didn't pressure me to do expensive replacement work.  He said that though my setup wasn't ideal it would be satisfactory. Nice guys, I would use them again.

Thomas was a professional. I called him because while having my foundation repaired we discovered water in one of the holes. He came out and looked the hole, ran water in the house and determined that he didn't think it was necessary to run the lines. When he also showed me how to fix a problem we were having with out dishwasher. When I asked how much we owed, he said nothing. That doesn't happen every day.

We had water filling up the toilets in both bathrooms plus coming from the shower and tub drains.  Needless to say, we were pretty frantic to find a plumber.  I pulled up Angie's List to search for one - called literally ten to fifteen of them and either they couldn't help us for several hours or not until the next day, or they didn't respond to messages.  Called JRW Plumbing and left a message. He called back immediately and said he was booked solid but he recommended Drain Masters.  We were so thankful for that recommendation.  I called Drain Masters and Thomas said they were finishing a job but he thought he could be here within half an hour.  He and his helper - Cardell (I hope I spelled it right) - were at our door within 30 minutes.
 Turns out the house sewer line was backed up due to a flushable wipe that had gotten caught on a rough spot in a cast iron part of the sewer clean out.  They cleaned out the drain and loosened the cap on the clean out. We learned that houses have sewer clean outs - ours is in the front by the irrigation system. The rubber cap is supposed to be loose so that when the line gets clogged and backs up, it backs up into your garden instead of your house.  Ours had been clamped closed by someone, who knows who.
After that, they made sure everything worked inside and also replaced the wax rings on both toilets.
If we ever have problems again, we will call Drain Masters.  Thomas and Cardell were here when we needed them - Thomas said that they have three trucks in different areas so that there is usually someone who can respond quickly to an emergency.  Thomas was professional and polite and super informative.  He obviously knew what he was doing.  Hopefully, we will not need them often, but Drain Masters will be our plumber from now on.  

I had used this plumber (Thomas) before and had three good experiences.  

I just moved into an old house and one of the toilets needs a small repair.  I called Thomas and he said he would come by the next day at 1:00 PM.  I received a text from him at 12:55 saying he was running about 30 minutes late.  

An hour later I texted him and asked about timing.  No response for over another hour.  He didn't respond to a couple of texts and then a couple of hours later asked me to take a pic go the inside of the toilet.   Never mind.  It's now two and a half hours later than the appointment. 

I think perhaps he thought the job was too small, but I would gladly have paid for the visit to make it worth the effort.  Or he should have said he couldn't do it.  I wasted an afternoon waiting for him.

The service was fantastic. I called him on his cell on Sunday morning and he showed up exactly hone he promised. He was friendly, very clear with explaining what went wrong and how he was going to fix it. Thirty minutes later everything was back to normal. We had a chance to chat a bit while he was here and it was clear that this aaas a really nice man who was a very professional plumber.
I wouldn't ever call another plumber after having them. It was perfect and affordable.

They call and say they will show up and then they never show. They also never call to cancel. The owner gets upset that I am calling to ask when the workers are going to show up. Owner says that he isn't a babysitter, and will not babysit the job. Tells me they are going to come and finish my job, but the length of time they stay is sporadic, even during the weekdays. One month into the job they aren't even halfway through it. There is a lot of shotty work.

I loved the communication he kept with me. His workers were all extremely professional and polite. They were punctual and very knowledgeable. They worked in the pouring rain and the heat and they went above and beyond there scope of work to satisfy my needs. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again in the future. I would give them an A++.

Thomas is amazing! He works hard to make sure the customer is happy and will do it right, even if it means going back to Home Depot multiple times for the right part! He is super friendly and easy going. I will be using him again in the future

It went very well! They came out right away (within 24 hours of calling) and they did a great deal of work. It was everything I expected and more! They were so nice and considerate of my home and when they came inside to work on my toilet. They were great! They did a a lot for $200 and considering it was only $79, that was great! Everything they did is still working. They were knowledgeable in their practice. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. It was certainly one of the best experience I've ever had with a company.
