"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"It went great! They set traps and educated me on what areas I needed to seal. They returned and were able to trap rodents. Never had a reoccurring issue. The employees were very nice and answered all the questions I asked."

"Jason from Wildlife Rodent Control was very responsive. He came the day after my initial call. He was very thorough in investigating our attic, roofline and eaves of our home for possible critter penetration. He explained the habits of rats and squirrels, and the process he would use to trap them. He setup bait traps in our attic and monitored them. Though nothing was trapped, Jason patched the small holes in the eaves that were possible entry points. We no longer hear noises in the attic. Jason was friendly and professional. We would definitely contact Jason again should the need arise in the future."

"I have hired other firms for this house as well as other homes. This is the best customer service and professional, effective pest control of the five other firms I have used. Very friendly, thorough, effective service."

"Rocklin Pest was actually the 2nd professional to come out, as the first did a hack job on my home. However, Brandon did an AMAZING job removing the shoddy work and re-doing it beautifully, with clean cuts, flush seams and was as pleasant a person you could ask for. HIGHLY recommend Brandon & am happy I went with Rocklin Pest Control Services."

"Fast Action Pest Control is exactly as their name. Fast and right on the job immediately. They are thorough in the search, clearing, and cleaning. They are courteous, caring, and diligent. I wish I had been using them all along. Very good. ."

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."
