"From start to finish, the service we received from Best Chance was perfect, and the workmanship was excellent. Rodents nested in the ducting under our house and made a mess of everything. Best Chance cleaned everything up, installed all new ductwork and insulation, got everything up and running better than it ever has, and even found and addressed two minor leaks under our house. They checked our attic ducting, too, and discovered that our attic fan was broken. They have already replaced it, and our house has never been this cool and comfortable in the summer before. I will never use anyone else for my heating and cooling needs!"

"Needed gas fireplace maintenance. They came by, diagnosed the problem quickly, told me the part to order and said that I could actually fix it myself when I get it - no charge! But when I received the part from Amazon I asked them to come back to install it. Their office is only about a mile from my house in Fairfield, but the day they came they were working in Berkeley - obviously very popular! They showed up, put the part in, did a little troubleshooting, and we had a working fireplace again! She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job.
