Gilbert had no problem with the complex instructions and did a fine job even going out to get screws that had been inserted incorrectly. Gilbert was professional and worked quickly. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job.
