They were super fast - both in material procurement (we were working on a very condensed timeline) and in installation (everything was done in 1.5 days). They kept me informed every step of the way as to what rooms I needed to have the knick knacks cleared so they could move the furniture. "It was a pleasure working with Mario, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Mario?s team did a great job repairing my antique hardwood floor in my 110-year old house. There was water damage, dry rot and missing wood planks. They did a great job at blending in the new wood with the old wood. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly crew. The floors look beautiful! I highly recommend Mario Diaz Flooring.
The job took 3 days total including two coats of oil-based polyeurthane. Once the work was completed I had to wait a total of 48 hours before I could move my furniture back in (24 hours for the oil-based polyeurthane to dry and another 24 hours for it to cure). The smell of the top coat is very strong for the first 2-3 days as expected due to it being oil-based and not water-based. I chose a semi-gloss finish, no staining necessary. The type of wood we had to purchase to match my old floors was very expensive, but blended in nicely."

"We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

"Victor Ferreyra responded quickly to my request on Angi's List. He visited the condo and examined the parquet floors that I wished to have refinished. He advised me that the floors in the living room/hall area would greatly benefit from sanding, staining and recoating with polyurethane. And the floors now look beautiful. Victor also took extra time to examine the floors in the bedrooms. They too are parquet, but one of the bedrooms had too much damage to warrant trying to restore the floor. Alas we had to go with carpeting there. I would certainly recommend California Design Floors for any flooring needs. My photos are larger than 5 MB, so I was unable to include them."
