"He gave us an estimate then went to Home Depot to get supplies, for which we paid. He spread a drop cloth on entry pavement. He removed old pain pieces on frame, cut the screen he bought in half and screwed them to the bottom of each door. He then spray painted the doors white. The doors needed more paint, so he went to Home Depot again and bought additional cans of paint (12 in total). I got sick from the paint smell, so my sister took over. When he finished she paid him. When I was able to inspect the job, I saw a hole in one doors screen and long screws sticking out 3/4" on both screens. I sent hime a text message to his phone, but got no response, so I phoned him to discuss the matter. He said his drill slipped punching to hole in the screen and that's the only screws he had. He said the screen is too expensive to replace and the screws are it. He said he"

They worked on my house for approx. 6 weeks replacing termite/water wrought damaged wood beams, posts, fascia boards, etc. Then they built us an amazing deck/balcony that has a total of 5 layers and will last for, at least, the next 30- 40 years! Finally, they painted all of our house’s exterior, along with fixing all the stucco problems we had. Each of his team members showed up every day, on time & worked the entire day! I really couldn’t be more impressed w/a contractor! Believe me, I’ve hired bad (terrible) contractors in the past and was forced to fire them and lose lots of $ in the process!
