I am writing this review with immense joy and gratitude for the incredible experience I had with Labi Builders over the summer, particularly with Assaf, during my recent home remodel. After two years of interviewing various general contractors, Assaf was a breath of fresh air. Unlike others, he made me feel assured and safe in moving forward with my project. His commitment to executing my design plans for a complete remodel of two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and my kitchen, along with an electrical panel upgrade, copper plumbing upgrade, and vent relocations, was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets Assaf apart is his genuine and efficient communication. Even when taking a few days off, he ensured that missed calls were promptly returned and I was well taken care of by his highly professional team. Any minor repairs or concerns were met with immediate attention, showcasing his dedication to client satisfaction. Having experienced trust issues with contractors in the past, Assaf proved to be a reliable and trustworthy professional. His genuine concern for my best interests and meticulous execution transformed my home into a haven. I now wake up every day feeling like I am in a luxury hotel, all thanks to Labi Builders commitment. Remarkably, the entire home renovation was completed within an unheard-of three months, a testament to Assafs efficiency and expertise. Labi Builders tore down my 20 year old kitchen and built the kitchen of my dreams. The work was done professionally, Assaf was always there when needed, his crew was talented and respectful of my home, The work was done on time at the price quoted. I was so happy with that build that I hired them again to gut and completely renovate my guest bathroom. All my guests have commented on how beautiful the result. Again Assaf and his team exceeded expectations. I had heard nightmare stories from friends about their renovations and I feel very lucky to have had such a positive experience twice.

My parents decided they wanted to remodel their kitchen and 2 bathrooms last year. They asked me to assist in finding them the right contractor that could get the job done. After interviewing numerous companies, we came across Assaf at Labi Builders. He was very knowledgeable and provided lots of information on what to expect during the remodel. We decided to pull the trigger and hire Labi Builders for the remodel. During the project, Assaf was in daily communication with my parents and always updated them on schedules. His crews were onsite Monday thru Friday first thing in the morning. They would complete their daily tasks and clean up after they were done. He made sure to be present during inspection times and was always available. His company provided top quality work and they were extremely efficient. The final product was beautiful and my parents were very happy. I recommend Assaf and his team to anyone looking to remodel their home. They are definitely not the cheapest, but now I understand why. Once I am ready, I will hire Labi Builders to remodel my home as well. Thank you Assaf for the great work!!!!!

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I hired LABI Builders to do a total remodel on my kitchen before I put my house on the market. From bid, to design, to construction and finished project, this company was professional and delivered above and beyond every expectation I hoped for. Assaf Labi, the owner, was hands on from concept to installation, making recommendations on style of cabinetry, tile, backsplash and flooring. His knowledge of construction, remodel and commitment to quality and customer support was very impressive. It was very reassuring to have someone that not only knew construction/installation but also had a great eye in design as well. What I appreciated was that during construction, Assaf would come to the site almost every day to make sure everything was running smoothly. He would also update me daily on what was going to take place each day. Thatâ s something I have never experienced in the past with other contractors. Amazing! Assaf also has a close-knit team of professionals who each specialize in their own fields: plumbing, painting, dry wall, electrical, flooring, tile and backsplash installation who were always professional, meticulous, punctual and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Labi builders also have a great designer who worked with me to create a beautiful computer-generated design that was both functionable and esthetically pleasing. I also want to give a big shout out the to the Assafâ s project managers, Noam and Israel. Along with Assaf they over saw the crews and went above and beyond to keep everything working smoothly and on schedule. In the end, my kitchen was completed on budget, completed two weeks earlier than scheduled andâ ¦ looked amazing!!!!!!!!!! My home is now in escrow and the new perspective owners asked who remodeled the kitchen as they are planning to reach out to Labi Builders for their future projects. If you are looking to do construction or remodeling look no further than Labi Builders. 5-Stars is not enough. Wish I could give them 10!!!!!!!!!!!

Assaf and his crew are very good at what they do. Very professional and very upfront about pricing whatâ s going to be done how itâ s going to be done and when itâ s going to be done. Even if he himself is not doing the work he is still very hands-on and will show up to the workplace pretty much every time or if you have any questions, you can contact him personally, and he will come by and check it out himself, and he is always completely honest with you I would 100% recommend him and his services

This was our second project with Labi Builders, and we are somehow even more happy than the first. Before we bought our house two years ago we knew we needed to do a full renovation, but we didnâ t know the costs we would incur. We called a few contractors and no one would meet with us because we didnâ t own the property yet. Assaf was the only contractor willing to meet with us and gave an honest assessment of the rough costs of our dream renovations. After buying the house we decided to meet with other contractors to get their estimates, but Labi Builders was the only company that offered the following: Full scope of work and clear timeline Itemized cost breakdown in stages Invoicing occurs only once work is finished and meets expectations Clear and consistent communication. We loved our kitchen and main bedroom remodel so much that when it came to remodeling our bathroom and guest room we didnâ t even consider getting quotes from other contractors. If you go with Labi Builders you can expect Great communication (multiple folks are available by text and call) Amazing team that does immaculate work and is respectful of your home and property (Henry, Israel, Noam, Manny) Very strong customer service, and if there were small issues or things that needed to be tweaked it was never a problem Fair pricing: they will not be the cheapest estimate that you receive but we didnâ t have a single change order on our second renovation and he came in at budget and on schedule. Consistent check ins to make sure you are happy with the work Solid vendor relationships After speaking with friends and co-workers who share nightmare stories of contractors that donâ t respond, go over budget and over schedule, we feel so lucky to have worked with Labi Builders on our home renovation. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Assaf and his team were a pleasure to work with. The work was of high quality, efficient and neat. Each employee showed up on date and at time scheduled and was polite and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Assaf and his team to anyone and will be using them on future projects in our home.

Recently, my parents bought a vacation property in Los Angeles. Finding a reliable contractor from out of the State is difficult for us Miami residents. During our Yelp searches, we lucked out and discovered Assaf. He made the entire logistical process of obtaining a project estimate quite simple. While he was on the property, we scheduled a number of zoom conversations to confirm our project's scope of work. With Labi Builders, we went through the remodel of our house, which was scheduled to take five months. However we were able to move forward with our plans to use our new vacation house quicker than expected since Assaf was able to finish the job in 3 and a half months! They were always accessible to answer any concerns we had about the project, and their communication was excellent. We will tell our friends about Labi builders and unquestionably suggest them to you as well.

I had a master bathroom vanity replaced. First of all, everyone is beyond professional, knowledgable and helpful. All the workers were basically "in and out" with very little disturbance to our routine. I had a custom vanity built to suit our needs and it is absolutely top-notch. I cannot recommend Labi Builders enough! In fact, I am going to have another project done with them asap!

Labi Builders Inc. just finished a very detailed master bathroom remodel. They did an excellent job. The project was further complicated by the fact that we were living in the home. They were highly sensitive to our needs. Everyone that worked in the house was timely and respectful. The workmanship was stellar. I highly recommend Labi Builders.

Assaf and his Crew at Labi Builders went above and beyond for this remodeling project we took on. We originally had a galley Kitchen and a bathroom attached on the other side. We wanted a more open concept kitchen, so we decided to remove that bathroom and wall and open it up for a more spacious design. We opened the other wall on the opposite side of the kitchen and moved the old guest bathroom there and created a new unique and stunning powder room for guests. The kitchen is stunning as we had all custom cabinets designed, the refrigerator and freezer is flushed along with the other cabinets to make it look hidden. We added three ovens and a stove top range with a changing LED light. We also refinished all the floors, and it came out exceptional. I wouldnâ  t want to work with another crew. They are communicative and they work hard and efficient in their work and are exceptionally detailed. You wonâ  t find a better company to work with you on your home remodeling project. You wont regret hiring this company and having them on your team through a remodel, they will keep you calm, and you will get things exactly the way you had envisioned or even better. My two bathrooms have just been remodeled under the supervision of Labi Builders. Assaf Labi and his team have been supervising the transformation of the original 1976 style in my unit. Many workmen have been involved in the various steps of change according to the scheduling requirements necessary to do the job. I feel that the workman from this company were helpful, courteous and respectful. At this time, everything looks great and areas seem to be working as required. Their staff visited the site many times in order to survey the progress and made sure that all company rules were followed and welcomed my questions and/or concerns to report back to the central office. Mr. Labi communicated with me via phone frequently. The project manager accompanied the workman to the site and made sure that all the workmen knew about the task being done that day before he left. Assaf Labi and his team are wonderful and I felt confident to engage with them in this remodel as they had in the past remodeled my kitchen for me as well. I definitely recommend Labi Builders to anyone looking for remodeling work and assistance, judging by the results I see in my two completed home improvement projects.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars. From the beginning they delivered what they had promised. The entire on site work took about 2 weeks, this including removing all the old concrete and other old materials up until the installation of the new deck. They were communicative and worked every day, cleaned up after themselves and were overall an amazing team to be around and work with. We loved their design and quality of work. Will highly recommend them to everyone.

I recently moved into a new home and made the decision to rebuild the master bathroom and refinish all the floors. I ended up hiring Labi Builders Inc. to complete the work, and they did an excellent job. The employees showed up daily, and the project manager checked in to make sure everything was proceeding according to schedule. The finished product matched the 3D design flawlessly and exceeded my expectations of how beautiful my master bathroom turned out. The house looks brand new with the floors refinished and I am so impressed with the quality and precision this company puts into everything. I built my home 25 years ago and covered the exterior with beautiful redwood. I was warned that I would need to reapply a protective clear stain every five years to preserve the wood and itâ s appearance. Guess what? I didnâ t! Consequently, the wood weathered from the wind and sun, got soiled from rain and mold, and became an eyesore that I was convinced I was going to have to paint over. I called Labi Builders and told Assaf Labi my concerns. He looked the house over, asked what I would like as a best outcome (I wanted it to look like new!), and then sent his â paint guyâ out to have a look. In a matter of days I was presented with several options, shown samples, and given prices. I made my choice, and in just over a month, they were able to completely clean the wood, seal it with a more protective finish than had been available to me before, and restore my home to its original appearance. Neighbors who see the home are convinced I replaced the wood!

Assaf and his team did an amazing job doing a full remodel of the kitchen in my condo - along with installing overhead lights, a brand new washer/dryer, repainting the walls, and updating the bathroom. Assaf was on budget, schedule, and was very easy to work with and communicative throughout the process. This was my first time doing remodeling work, and I'm so glad I found a trusted partner. The entire unit looks like a new space, and I love it! I highly recommend Labi Builders.

I had dealt with Assaf from Labi Builders previously and when we needed someone to perform an ADU construction, I reached out to him. He was on point and straightforward. The process was mostly easy and with minimum hurdles. In construction, there are always unforeseen issues and problems that happen which is reality but Assaf was on point and was able to resolve problems very quickly and efficiently. We also had to do some out of the box problem solving in the middle of the work due to some unforeseen complications and he was great in getting it done the way we wanted. He works with great suppliers where we got good pricing from all. Even though we had a major set back to the foundation being missing, he caught up on time and got it done pretty much at the same expected completion date which is a crazy achievement. The completed work was pretty much a brand new home as it was a major project. In terms of pricing he was not the cheapest quote but also not the top quote. Definitely worth the value though and the services he offers. Would recommend anyone to at least inquire with him even if you are unsure and you can validate all these statements on your own. Even after the construction was done, there were a few minor issues that I called him up on and he sent someone right away to get them resolved.

We have worked with him on an extensive remodel of our kitchen and dining room, as well as exterior work on our home. He has a real eye for design and knowing what works best. He clearly worked out a plan for our remodel and worked our ideas into the overall design, so we knew what was happening every step of the way. We just finished our home renovation project with Labi builders and are very satisfied customers! When we made the decision to remodel our kitchen and powder room several months ago, we set out to find a competent and dependable contractor. After having a few disappointing meetings with different contractors and designers, we grew frustrated and were ready to delay our project. The contractors we spoke to did not provide clear information around timelines or budgets and were insistent on certain things that needed to be done that my husband and I had not budgeted for. During our first meeting, Assaf actively listened to our desires and requirements. I was pleasantly surprised when later that same day, he emailed a very detailed breakdown of each item and the associated costs. This ultimately instilled our confidence in hiring Labi Builders to do the job, and we were off to the races! Assaf laid out a detailed schedule based on our scope of work, which we did expand along the way. We had workers at our home every day, always arriving on time and with a very pleasant demeanor. Assaf assured us that the worksite would be cleaned up each day and his workers upheld that promise. The process of selecting all of the materials can be very overwhelming, but Assaf connected us to his extensive list of vendors. I appreciated that along the way I was able to ask for guidance and opinions, but I never felt pressure to conform to certain styles. This was definitely a shortcoming of the other contractors Iâ d talked to in the past. My family is thoroughly enjoying our new kitchen and our freshened up environment. The quality of work is outstanding and we would definitely hire Labi Builders for future projects

Assaf and his crew did a brilliant job remodeling my upstairs bathroom. At first i was very cautious about hiring another contractor, having fired my previous contractor mid way through the remodel. However soon after hiring Labi, i knew i was in good hands. We were in constant communication every step of the way and he frequently came by to make sure everything was going smoothly and as planned. He helped me source fixtures, doors and third party vendors -- picking up a lot of what the previous contract failed to deliver. My bathroom had been in demolition limbo for 3 months when Labi took over. He delivered on every promise and finished on time. Everyone on his team is profession, really good and showed up. The end result is stunning, beyond what i had hoped and i would never undertake another project w/o Assaf and team.

I was a little skeptical at first to hire during a pandemic for obvious reasons, but man I do not regret my decision hiring Assaf and his team. Needing to redo my bathroom went from being a luxury to a necessity when my sink broke. But because of covid I didn’t want to hire just anybody. It was very important to me that whoever was in my home would respect myself and my boundaries. They were professional AND cautious of the conditions we were all facing during that time. And yet the pandemic never slowed down the project, I never heard excuses for things running behind. Instead they performed in a timely manner with no mistakes. Im happy to recommend them to anyone reading this review.
