They showed up at the beginning of the two hour window, which was fantastic and explained everything with upfront pricing. We even asked for additional insulation and they were able to accommodate. "Scott made some great recommendations and didn't seem to want to include add-ons that weren't necessary. As an example, I asked about a gable fans but he identified that the roof was already well ventilated. He also did a great job educating me about blown insulation. He showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. The only complaint I have was that his work crew knocked some of the recessed lighting around doing some minor cosmetic damage to the ceiling. I identified the damage and his solution was to reseat the fixtures without really fixing the damaged drywall."
