They showed up at the beginning of the two hour window, which was fantastic and explained everything with upfront pricing. We even asked for additional insulation and they were able to accommodate. Our home walls are now insulated and we even noticed a difference right away. From the time of arrival to completion they were nothing but exemplary. "It's rare to find an honest, knowledgeable, hard-working, no-nonsense Heating/AC contractor who is also prompt and does quality work for a good price. And finding one who is also licensed to install wall and attic insulation is even more difficult to find. But I found all of those qualities in Americool. Scott (the owner) and his crew were prompt, courteous, and did a great job replacing my furnace and AC coil and condenser, installing an automatic attic fan, blowing insulation in the exterior walls, and adding more insulation in the attic. He and his crew also spent extra time stepping up to the challenge and adding a large duct for a second air return even though there was very little attic space and it was a very hot day. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Scott from start to finish. He's a very friendly guy, no pressure and no games. He told me beforehand what he would do, and he and his crew did exactly that.
