"Great. My daughter contracted Air Duct Professionals to do her home. James, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and did a quality job. I contacted Air Duct to do my home and requested James. James arrived on time and did an excellent job. He also helped me with a leak with my HVAC Condenser and diagnosed and fixed the issue."

"Love these guys! A year ago we had a heatwave, and on the first day our air went out. Danny came out same day and took a look. The very next day they came out and installed an entirely new (and appropriately sized) HVAC. Since then, they've come out at the beginning of each season and given our system a tune-up. They're timely, super friendly, and knowledgeable. Brandon came out today and performed a complimentary service, and now we're ready for summer! I should mention, the system they installed rocks! Our house gets plenty cold/hot now, and quickly."

"Daniel is a professional and very knowledgeable in the profession of HVAC. Promptly showed up on schedule. Will definitely recommend his services."

"These gentlemen have always been professional, quick to respond, and cordial with any questions I had. They helped repaired the AC in the ceiling space since it was making a weird noise everytime it kicked on. They were quick to respond, verified the issue and repaired it within a day. I called them a second time when I repaved my yard for a parking spot. They helped move the condenser unit, made sure it worked while my yard was being repaved and came back to extend the lines to the new condenser location. The install was clean and looked like it was never moved! Overall, they are my go to HVAC company never felt cheated, always transparent with what they’re going to do and what parts they’re gonna replace and answered any questions I had."

"Easy to work with, Frank was very helpful with the process of replacing our hvac. All concerns were dealt with fast and simple solutions."

"I am a tool and diemaker and work with engineers all along my job. I think Northstar has the greatest team in HVAC I have seen. They all work well together and are very experienced. I will hire them again as I know it will be done correctly and on time."

"Service Tech LeAndre was very professional! Very detailed and informative of the hvac service being done. Even suggested a few preventive maintenance tips. Highly appreciate the technician knowledge and service!"
