He went above and beyond; I mentioned (in passing) that I'll call him back for another job because the sink in the bedroom and shower were not working. He went to the hardware store, bought a new faucet & shower head, and installed them for me right then and there! Patrick wrote a complete proposal with details. He had to order a garbage disposal but promised next day service, I was thrilled. They came promptly the next morning. He worked SO hard to find the earring, AND he fixed the closet door while under the sink, it's been broken for years! The new toilet seat, we did not need, he fixed the existing one perfectly!!
