"I hired New Flow Plumbing to replace a broken sewer line. I dealt with Arman via text/email and personally, with Vito. This is a family business, which I prefer. I chose to go with trenchless option. My regular plumber quoted me an outrageous price and New Flow Plumbing quoted me half of that for the exact same work. Vito and his crew came out early and n the morning and finished the same day. I have a rock scape and I can barely see that there was a disturbance, they put everything back the way I had it! Simply put, I would highly recommend New Flow Plumbing. These gents are total pros, no high pressure sales! Grateful for your diligence and professionalism."

"Huft Home Services replaced my regular HVAC company when the owners retired. Comfort Master had installed my system in 1995 so we had a 25-year personal relationship. Ed and Donna were still using hardcopy records. When I called Huft on May 12 and talked with Elizabeth, we were able to confirm and establish the status of my ongoing services. We discussed the 2 different areas of work needed, HVAC regular maintenance and an urgent plumbing service for a leaking irrigation valve system. We scheduled the irrigation repair quickly, but I was very disappointed to discover that the repair person was unable to do that work and found out that Huft actually did not work on irrigation. Fortunately I was able to find a provider who came out the next day and did exceptional work – I highly recommend Authentic Landscape/Salvador Gallardo for that work. However, rather than make a complaint, I figured I'd wait to see how the HVAC service went. That appointment was scheduled for a couple weeks later. Anthony was fantastic. He called to let me know he was running late from his previous job. Maybe it was just because I wasn't up on current services, but I am highly impressed that he was able to take many photos of my system and his work – and instantly email them and my invoice to me! He went over in great detail the status of the equipment and anticipation of potential repairs needed over time along with likely cost estimates. We also discussed possible replacements for when I decided I was ready for a new unit. I will certainly continue my maintenance with Huft, and not just because I'm prepaid for a couple more years of biannual services."

"Marco is amazing! Our water heater was leaking and we had no idea how long it had been going on, so we were very concerned. We contacted Home Advisor and Marco called us within minutes. He was here in less than 2 hours. The price was reasonable and he explained everything very clearly. He was back in less than 2 hours with all the parts and a new water heater. Install was completed 2 hours later. Who would have thought you could get that kind of same day service!! I called a couple of other plumbers before contacting Home Advisor, and still have not heard back from them. :( Marco owns a small family business so not only do I recommend him for his price, response time and super friendly customer service, but it feels great to support a small business instead of a big box store. Definitely recommend him and will use him for all my plumbing needs in the future!"
