Patrick went above and beyond to diagnose the problem, order the necessary parts, contact Kohler to discuss, and fix the three issues we had with the tub. He stuck with the job until the tub was in 100 per cent excellent condition. He was prompt, courteous and very responsive. We highly recommend Longo Plumbing for any plumbing jobs big or small."
