The Plumbing Pros

Once again I called The Plumbing Pros, this time for a relatively simple job to replace two OLD hose bibs outside the house. Bruce Bruce was very punctual as usual and completed the job quickly, neatly and professionally. As before, he went the extra mile and included some minor improvements which added to the utility of those faucets. I will continue to call The Plumbing Pros for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

The Man was a pro

He was very knowledgeable about my situation. He knew over the phone exactly what I was talking about, was able to provide me with a very reasonable price, and even had the part I needed on his van when he arrived. Furthermore< he came out in less then one hour, and diagnosed and finished the job promptly. I will definitely use him again as well as recommend him to anyone needing a plumber !

The was a LARGE project. He repiped our entire home. He and his helpers did an incredible job in 3 days. He is totally professional, took good notes on what we wanted before submitting his bid in a very timely manner and calling us to make sure we received it. I would totally recommend Steve. He also has his own sheet rock person that followed his work and completed the sheet rock so we did not have to go out an find a sheet rock professional independently. Thank you Steve for a great and timely job....well done!!

Steve is the type of owner/operator who obviously cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. He made proper recommendations, didn't overcharge, and ensured I was 100% satisfied before the job was done. He had modern payment options and a well-kept appearance that many contractors lack. I am 100% certain that I will not have any issues with the quality of his work in the future and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Due to a break in our main water line, we needed immediate assistance. Steve came out the same day, about an hour after we called. He was able to pinpoint the problem, schedule us immediately, and we did not have to trench our entire driveway. Work was done fast and efficiently for a reasonable price (another large plumbing company had quoted us double the cost). In all, we are very pleased with The Plumbing Pros and will be using them for all our plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them!

Steve arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He was prompt; and completed an assessment of the problem quickly and immediately completed the repairs. He delivered as promised...very professional.

Uncharacteristically prompt, personable, clean, professional service. Young, ambitious young man with a good command of his trade and knowing what it takes to be an up and coming entrepreneur. As a retired residential developer, I would highly recommend and call on him again for service.

Steve was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He replaced my leaking 39 year old main water system with new copper pipes, faucet, irrigation, and newer ball valves. He works making every move pay off and has all right tools to get the job in the shortest time.I am very pleased with his work and wound call on him again

Prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Steve even went out of his way and with no charge to come to my house before the installation to ensure I purchased the correct parts.

Steve came out very quickly and after determining what was causing the problem explained the different options. I had a slab leak and he explained the available repair options. After I chose what I wanted done, he was back the next day and finished the job by noon. Very professional.

Steve is the politest, nicest service person I've encountered in a long time. He was going to be a little late for our appointment and he let me know immediately ... He was ALL OF 10 MINUTES LATE ... Fast, friendly, professional and quick replacement of my hot water heater.

Steven was very quick to come out and fix our refrigerator's water pipe! Dropped by same day to take a look and was back the next day first thing in the morning. He was so tidy, respectful, pleasant, and approachable! I felt like a friend had come over to do a couple fixes. Our emergency shutoff didn't actually shut the water off completely and he was able to repair that as well on the spot! Both repairs were done quickly and beautifully. Very trustworthy, caring small business owner. We'll be using him for all future plumbing needs and recommending him to our friends!

It has been our happy experience to have Steve help us with plumbing emergencies twice. On the first occasion he helped us to repair the water main from our well and the second time some hard to get to pipes burst in the stemwall behind our water heater which ended up being a very complicated fix. Steve works with great focus and skillful determination. He takes pride in his work and genuinely enjoys his craft. He is pleasant and professional. He disrupted as little as possible to get the job accomplished and cleaned up when he was done. We would recommend Steve without hesitation.
