"Joshua's Painting Service did an excelent job painting 12 homes in the condo complex I live in. I managed the painting contract. I contacted four painters on Angi because of their high ratings. I chose Josh because I was very impressed with his proposal and all of our interactions prior to hiring him. He and his crew were great. This was a big job that affected many neighbors. Josh was always very accommodating to their needs whether they had to do with scheduling, parking in carports, or access to homes that only have one entrance. Everone is very happy with their new paint job. We will hire him again next year to paint more homes. I recommend Joshua's Painting Service without any reservations."

"Dave was quite professional in painting the exterior of my home. He covered the plants and the concrete walkways as well as a retaining wall to protect them from the spray. He was careful in his prepping of the wood trim. The job went quickly and my house looks terrific now. He is fun to have around and did little extra's for me...like fixing my gate and my garage door. Best of all he treated me to baskets of his tomatoes and squash. I will certainly use hime again. Oh yes, I liked his price too!"

"I hired Rod West Painting to paint the upstairs of our home. Rod came in with a bid that was substantially less than what we had been qoured for the same work by another company. Where Rod and his crew differ is that we were told not to move anything, as the crew would do that for us! They took pictures down and replaced them after the painting was completed. They moved furniture and put the furniture back in the same place and they moved two heavy filing cabinets for us and put them back after the painting was completed. They print with a brush or a roller and they did not use spray paint like the previous contractor. What a difference that was from the last contractor who had us move everything out of the two rooms to be painted. That itself saved an awful lot of work for my wife and I. Rods crew was professional in every respect. They were on time each morning and the areas painted were left spotless as their cleanup was perfect. I could see this crew has worked together before and they seemed they liked what they were doing and most important, they couldn't have been been more helpful in this painting job. All told we are extremely satisfied with both the quality of the job and the cost to do the job. So impressed were we that we asked Rod to bid on an exterior paint job for our home. "Eddy got the job done over several days. It was a big job to re-stain front door and panels and molding inside and out. Also re-stain patio door inside. The front door had older-style hardware. We could not find a replacement hardware set so Eddy refinished and painted the old set. It turned out beautiful! Eddy also painted my very high window wells in the family room. beautiful. Eddy and his helper, Claudia, are very nice people, professional and pleasant to work with. I will hire Genesis painting the next time I need work done. Their work is first class."
