Next morning I called maybe 5 pest control companies and Cleargate was the only one that would come that day. They discovered that a rat(s) had gotten into my attic and had eaten through my Range Hood vent ducting and it was a mess. But they calmed me down and set about capturing the rat and sealing up all possible places it could have gotten in. Over the next month they caught 3 rats total and came back every week, sometimes twice, to check traps until several weeks went by without any activity and they were confident my problem was solved. They then sanitized my attic and gave me a 1 year warranty, all for a very reasonable price. I will now only use Cleargate for any type of pest control and as I said above, I highly recommend them."

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
