This orange oil termite treatment is insanely expensive. $750 for one corner of our garage. You can't really shop around because they are the only game in town. The treatment took a total of 35 minutes to perform. Cardon and his staff were very polite and professional.

He came out for a physical inspection very next day. The work was done in one day with a non-toxic solution. We are grateful they stopped the infestation which could have become a lot worse. Cardon and Amir were thorough and professional. I had a large swarm of bees in a 30 foot dead tree. They carefully cut the infested branches off and exterminated the Africanized bees. The job was done safely, thoroughly and timely. I highly recommend Unipest!

This local company did great service for us as HOA in Newhall. Lccal owned and give personalized service. We need a have and bess removed from a unit in a interior wall. They provided removal and repair of wall in excellent condition for a great price. The treatment of our owner was so good.

This was a bee infestation... don't hire just anyone for bees, get a good pro like Unipest. Cardin completely removed all traces of bees in wall, in less than one hour.
