I highly recommend the courteous, professional and knowledgeable staff at Cleargate Pest Defense, including Gerald, Jorge, Nick and Andy. They were all very informative and helpful and always accommodating. I heard shredding noise one night above my stove and knew it was not right. Next morning I called maybe 5 pest control companies and Cleargate was the only one that would come that day. They discovered that a rat(s) had gotten into my attic and had eaten through my Range Hood vent ducting and it was a mess. But they calmed me down and set about capturing the rat and sealing up all possible places it could have gotten in. Over the next month they caught 3 rats total and came back every week, sometimes twice, to check traps until several weeks went by without any activity and they were confident my problem was solved. They then sanitized my attic and gave me a 1 year warranty, all for a very reasonable price. I will now only use Cleargate for any type of pest control and as I said above, I highly recommend them.

I just moved in to my new house and on top of the stress of moving I found out my dog had a flea. Fortunately Scheduling a flea service with Cleargate was easy and after the technician serviced my house we no longer had any problems. It gave me one less thing to stress about while moving. This company made my horrible experience go away in a day. They are young, knowledgeable , and polite guys who give a thorough inspection and a plan for solving my problems. They went the extra mile to ensure that their eradication treatments would be effective, and it worked. Call them, trust them—and look forward to your problems disappearing. Also, they have good online systems for digital communication regarding appointment confirmations, quotes, invoices, and payments.

First, I’d like to say that bed bugs are a NIGHTMARE. They are physically and mentally draining. You become sleep deprived and can barely function throughout the day. I hired Stargate to get rid of them and they promised me an extra follow-up visit to take care of the issue. However, I ended up not even needing it! They were so effective in their treatment I told them that it was not necessary. I haven’t seen any since and cannot thank these guys enough.

When I first contacted Stargate Pest Defense I was amazed at their customer service. Definitely something rare these days. Jason and Aaron were very professional and timely. They set up traps in my attic and closed all the entry points they found. I haven’t had any issues since! Highly recommend.
