She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "They are usually great but this time their estimate to replace a water heater was shocking $6K!!!!!!!! twice the price of anybody else. Granted I live down a bunch of stairs but really $6K?????? That is my only complaint. They came on time and quickly charged me for the visit $76 which is within reason but as I said the quote was through the roof. By the way Home Advisor said this job should cost around $1,500 and even if you add the hassle of the stairs it should not even approach their estimate."
