"Mike fixed a problem with a Fleck water softener system that hadn't been properly installed by the contractor who remodeled our house. Also, untangled the pullout hose/sprayer in the bathtub that is not easily accessible from inside the house. Explained a few other potential problems with our water heater, but no pressure to make any financial commitments from him. He just provided me with good information. "I would echo most of what I have read in the reviews about Brian. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. Though he is a bit on the expensive side, I believe he is well worth it. An honest, experienced plumber is like money in the bank as far as I'm concerned.
