I have been a Moore Home Services customer for well over 5 years. They have always treated me as a valued customer from Customer Service Team to the Technicians. The Moore team is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They communicate problems and work to be done in simple layman's terms. Technicians Marcos Sosa and Sebastian fixed my clogged sink that now works great. They were even able to come earlier than scheduled. As a senior citizen, living on my own, this made my day. Excellent job, Very thorough. Befoe deciding to buy a new furnace, they thoroughly examined, cleaned, etc my old one, tried to see if it would work satisfactorily. Ultimately, decided to get a new one. Staff is very courteous, explain everything. I would highly recommend them.

Starting with JP the senior technician, the inspection and documentation of existing conditions was thorough, knowledgeable, and complete. Moore recommended the replacement system that would be more durable and require lower maintenance over time, and wrote a detailed proposal with a floor plan documentation. We were given financing options at the time of signing the agreement, as well. The team- five technicians!- were properly suited with protective gear and followed COVID protocols at all times on our property, inside and out. They wore shoe protectors while inside, kept us fully appraised at every task (all interior registers replaced in 11 rooms), and were extremely respectful of our space, privacy, pets, and kept noise and speaking to low levels. (our extremely friendly indoor cat got lots of attention from the team!) The work required three days to fully replace all ductwork in a two-story home with attic and crawl space, and Paul the team leader would check in with us each morning with a briefing of each days' activities. The entire team was constantly in learning mode, with the senior technicians mentoring and teaching the younger team members, which greatly impressed me. They finished on time and without any delay or disruption; they cleaned each work area and removed all debris, packaging, and the old system. We've owned this house for 20 years, had many repairs and replacements, and Moore has raised the bar so far for quality and value. While they were the middle bid in terms of overall cost, we believe we received higher value that even the highest bid. I can strongly recommend them to anyone planning repair work on their existing system, new installations, or maintenance. After getting few responses from HVAC contractors working in new homes in Sonoma County, we were pleased to know that Moore specializes in existing homes and responded to our online request within minutes. I was not informed of need for permit, and my mobile home manager was not happy with me for not having received it beforehand. He threatened me with a fine and removal, causing me a great deal of stress. I should have been informed of this. The work done was very good. Diana Jamison

The professionalism of the technicians and staff is impressive. I don't believe I've ever experienced this level in any other enterprise. Every need was anticipated, every question answered. Everyone was friendly, as well, and not the usual platitudes which on the surface meet the criteria. Every contact I had came across as sincere.

Part of the contract was to repair ductwork. They did not. Contacted them and they came out. Never followed up with me. Discovered today work was never done. Now I have to pay someone else to repair it. I think salespeople tell you whatever you want to hear knowing you will never go under the house to check the work.

Drake and Tong were efficient and neat. As far as I can tell the work is correct. Moore is pricey, but they had the solution I wanted and the other guys did not. A little slow with the follow-up, but nothing serious
