Going into this project I knew it would be expensive upfront, but looking at the long term savings and being that my antique tank water heater had gone bad and leaked all over the garage, this was the way to go. Called on the Saturday before Father's day and got an immediate call back from Grant, the owner and we discussed possible options and that he could come out first thing Monday. He and his apprentice showed up right on time and we went over the details which were very clear about what the job would cost and how this new system would work. They spent all day doing the install, removing the old water heater and installing a very nice tankless system. Install was clean, detailed and I couldn't of been more happy. I would say for any of your plumbing needs, I'd highly recommend them. They're a small operation with a huge personalized touch.

On their game, called me on a Saturday to provide a estimate, call me back on Tuesday to check on my decision, contacted them a week later on a Tuesday , agreed to a final price, parts ordered and the new tankless water heater was installed on Wednesday. Nice clean plumbing work, Respectful of my home during the entire installation. I will hire them for other projects around my home, as well as passing their name to family, friends and neighbors.

Grant from Papa's Plumbing was great. After coming out to our house, and reviewing the project, he gave us three different options. He reviewed the specs to make sure everything would fit in the allotted space, and showed us pictures of the products. We felt fully informed. Because everything was in stock, Grant was able to come the next day and do the installation . The work was done efficiently and professionally. We will hire him again for future projects.
