Very knowledgeable installer. The owner of the company also visited my home to deliver materials and check on the job. Starving Plumbers installed the water heater the day after I called them, so we were without hot water for just a single day. Knowledgeable and very professional. They were about $500 less for a top of the line American Standard Shorty Tank than the price another local plumbing company quoted.

The install took much longer than expected. The installer thought that the fixture was broken from the factory and tried many things to make the sensor work. What he didn?t do was take off the little plastic seal to protect the sensor in shipping. The faucet worked fine. Other than that, the faucet is still working fine.

Had a small sump pump go out in an after market sink that had been installed by the previous tenants. Very competent, returned my call right away, came out with in a couple of hours and fixed the next day after obtaining another pump! Truly a good experience as I had called another plumber that took over a week just to call back

They had a guy nearby and they sent him right away. He looked at our water heater and ended up replacing it for a very fair price. One of his co-workers brought the new one to the house while he dismantled the old one and the job was completed in a matter of a few hours. Eric was prompt, friendly, explained my choices and helped to deal with the inspector which saved me over $700. I highly recommend Starving Plumbers.

They were willing to charge by the hour instead of by the job for replacing a pressure reducing valve where I already had the valve assembly set up myself and just needed someone to sweat in the pipes. Other plumbers wanted to charge me for the job price as though they were providing all the parts themselves. The plumber was experienced and did a great job and worked quick.

Just too damned expensive. I did 85% of the work. He was polite, helpful and professional and charged me their minimum - $168. But he was here only about 30 min.
