They are very efficient. Took out the old furnace, installed our new central air and heating unit and did an excellent job. They took care while doing it, laying down tarps to catch all debri, vacuumed up when all finished. Very nice gentlemen!! Friendly! Explained how to use the unit.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! THE BEST CHOICE WE HAVE EVER MADE.

Customer service is amazing and they are all very friendly. The repair men showed up on time and did all the testing prior to quoting a price. They did not try to oversell me on parts or upgrades and offered spare parts to me at no extra cost. Very professional and would recommend, especially right now in the summer time.

Spent thousands on a new unit that never held a charge. Over a year later they find the unit is defective after they told us we needed a new supply line which we spent thousands on!! So we actually did not need the new line!! They were out five times before they found the problem. They are really good at asking for money for problems that they can not figure out!!! We still do not have a fixed unit!!! DO NOT USE THEM
