I cannot rate Blair more highly....they called the day before to say they were coming betw 8:30 and 10:30 and then their technician called today...and showed up on time at 8:39.......he was wonderful .spent an hour working on the AC unit on the roof on one of the Hottest days we have had in Palm Springs..115 Degrees...they honored the discount they had provided on Angies List of $59 for what is normally a $85 16 point Tune Up....and he pointed out a maintenance agreement they provided - I told him I had a home warranty and did not need it..and unlike other AC maintenance people he did not try to pressure me to buy it... I will DEFINITELY use them in the Fall to service the heater!!!

Excellent! The technician was able to locate and resolve the issue within a very short period of time. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable. As a result, the air-conditioner has been working better than it has in years .

Got 4 estimates with similar companies - Adam/estimator with Blair was excellent in his presentation - after reviewing all estimates hands down Blair won out! Ricky & Ernesto were the installers - A+ for professional installation - clean and neat in appearance and work ethic scored points as well. My condo association will give them their business when they see what a great job these men did.

Changed filter and advice when to change. Evaluated current system with maintenance and replacement options. Determined that with my limited usage of the a/c it will probably last another couple years but should plan to replace it.

We signed up for a maintenance plan. They are very friendly, very professional, positive. We used them because they were highly rated on Angie's List plus the reviews.

The day of install went well. Ricky and his crew were efficient and professional. They worked with energy and purpose. The office secretary , manager, install coordinator and workman were patient with my questions. Blair performed as promised, in a timely way. I got what I paid for and more because I met some really great people. I have confidence in their service going forward and would highly recommend them.

I would like to take a moment to commend Ricky Aroz, Blair Heating and Air, for his outstanding customer service. On March 31, 2017, I required a replacement air conditioning unit.  I had just lost my husband and was under incredible stress.  Ricky Oroz not only professionally replaced the air conditioning unit, but his excellent customer service and compassion put me at great ease.  If I could, I would give him 10 out of 5 Stars for his customer service.  Ask for Ricky Oroz at Blair Heating and Air if you ever need an air conditioning professional. It went very well.

Needed three visits after the initial installation to repair flaws with the mechanism before the system would operate correctly. This was one and one half year ago and the system has been performing properly since that time.

Central A/C blowing warm air during a recent heat wave of 110+.temps. ? Blair was called directly by our Tenant without consulting us (Landlord) first. Blair came out promptly however decided to quote over $600 in repairs that proved to be unnecessary when we got a second opinion. The second opinion was given to us by another (larger) and reputable local HVAC company in the area who we called. ?They responded the same day too. ?The entire problem was that the coils that help to cool the unit were dirty. ?The second company simply cleaned the coils, tested everything including the electrical which Blair said was in need of upgrading. ?It was not. ? The test ran good by the second company and their bill was $75 for actually fixing it. ? Everything has been working just fine for six (6) days now. ? I asked Blair to send me a copy of their paper work in a ph. call I made that same day. They agreed and took my email address. ?No paperwork was received the next day. ?I then emailed Blair asking for that paperwork again, no reply to my email, it has now been six days and no paperwork. ?I find this to be very suspicious. Perhaps Blair does not want to show in writing that they wanted $600+ in unnecessary repairs during a heat wave..... ? We paid Blair's $79 diagnostic fee and sent them away. We are very glad that we did not engage Blair to undertake the $600+ in unnecessary repairs. These are the facts, you can draw you own opinion.

We have two identical 4 ton top of the line Lennox HVAC systems that are less than 4 years old installed by The General.  This was the second evaporator coil to fail since the original installation.  I went online to Angie's List to find someone other than The General to do the work as the charge for the coil in March 2016 was too much as always.  Blair Heating and Air has a top rating on Angie's List and I am so please that I called them as their work is excellent.  Their price was 20% less than I paid in March for the same work.  I have cancelled a maintenance contract with The General after 4 years and purchased a maintenance contract with Blair through Angie's List website.  I am very please with Angie's List ratings and regret that I had not checked 4 years ago and found Blair Heating and Air at that time.   

I had a renter at my property and the air conditioning went out on a Saturday at 4 p.m.  Blair was great at getting back to me and out at the property fixing the problem in an hour, which saved me having to turn out the renters since the temperature in the house had gotten up to 94 degrees.

My decision to replace my heat pump was the result of a service call. The Blair tech explained what was wrong with my old system and offered me a deal on a replacement system. They were able to schedule a convenient time to replace my unit. The crew of three showed up on time, were very professional, and worked through their lunch hour to replace my unit. They finished hours ahead of the estimated time. My new unit works great and I feel I got a good deal on it. They arranged for the permit inspections at my request and everything is in order. I would definitely use Blair again.

Blair is wonderful.   Adam came out and designed a system that not only heats and cools my home but takes my personal needs into account.  It's was the easiest process and the guys who installed were fast and knowledgeable.  Everyone at this company has great energy and I will continue to use them into the future.  Yes, there is a great ac/heating company in PS.
