He decided we needed a new pool valve and a new solar panel. He will let me know when he can get them.

I contacted 3 pool heater installers two of whom were contenders. CLEARLY was straightforward and professional with his client approach and quote. I hired CLEARLY based upon his professional approach and assumption that I was not ignorant of what I wanted in terms of heater brand name and pricing. In short, mutual RESPECT. Integrity comes to mind and he's determined to satisfy. Highly recommended.
